Roxburgh Park Hotel is pleased to offer an extended buffet, featuring mouth watering delights.

The Buffet includes a selection of fresh seafood, featuring an ice display with:

-local Oysters                           -Salt and Pepper Calamari

-Smoked Salmon                      -Baked Salmon  

-Blue Swimmer Crab                 -Garlic Prawn Risotto

-Marinated Mussels                    -Fresh Prawns

Also a large Selection of:
