Bistro
The Roxburgh Park Hotel offers an all-you-can-eat International buffet restaurant
with a cover charge per person which includes all meals, desserts, tea or coffee
and soft drink for children.
Our open plan kitchen and servery area in the Bistro features a giant wok
and wood fired pizza oven, with our chefs busily cooking to satisfy our customer's
needs. Choose from expertly stir-fried Asian cuisine, traditional International
dishes, hot and cold fresh seafood, home-cooked carvery roasts and our
garden fresh salad selection.
Our huge selection of freshly prepared food is presented in a help-yourself buffet
style with a selection of hot and cold entrees and main courses. We have a fully
licensed bar available for everything from a cold beer and soft drink, to an
extensive selection of wine and spirits.
It is essential to book for both lunch and dinner, seven days a week. For
